Most Police Tires Are Fixed Wrong

Half the time, repairs to the speed rated tires used on police cars are done wrong. That is probable cause to never put a repaired tire back on a pursuit-rated sedan. The correct repair is a plug-patch. The plug part keeps moisture out of the inner belts. The patch part holds air. Both are required.
