First Drive: The 2011 Chevy Caprice PPV

A group of fleet managers had the chance to test-drive the new Caprice PPV at GM’s Milford Proving Grounds in September. The Caprice was found to have the overall size and space of the outgoing Ford CVPI and the overall performance of a Camaro, Mustang or Charger.
