SILOAM SPRINGS POLICE DEPARTMENT
CHIEF JOE GARRETT
SILOAM SPRINGS, AR
Siloam Springs Police Department is located in Northwest Arkansas in Benton County. Siloam Springs Police Department began the transition from Ford CVPI to the Chevrolet Tahoe PPV in 2012. Siloam Springs Police Department had already gone from solid white police cruisers to the old school black and white, bringing back the traditional look of the patrol division police vehicle.
With the new breed of patrol vehicle, came a desire to add a modern look to the traditional black and white. The front doors were given the creative curve to add a modern twist. The Department patch was incorporated on the front doors and rear hatch. Reflective vinyl was used to give a distinct police presence whether day or night.
Siloam Springs is a historical, family community. The new design fits the old school feel of a police patrol vehicle with a sharp new edge that brings the design into modern times. Officers and administration appreciate the classic look and modern feel of the design with the modern police SUV. Citizens of Siloam Springs offer continuous compliments over the look of the police vehicles patrolling their streets.
An entire LED lighting package was used because of the great performance and longevity offered by LED lighting. Siloam Springs Police Department utilizes both red and blue for the warning lights.
