Department Name:

Tallapoosa County Sheriff's Department

Department Head:
Sheriff Jimmy Abbett
Dadeville, AL
This design was chosen to represent the county public schools in Tallapoosa County. Dadeville High School (Tigers), Horseshoe Bend School (Generals), and Reeltown High School (Rebels). The colors match the colors of each school. This is a wrap design and reflective material was not used because of the cost associated with the material. This design was chosen by assistance from personnel at the Sheriff Department and each Schools' Administration. This vehicle is 2007 Dodge Charger confiscated during a drug seizure and is used in the schools by our School Resource Officers to appeal to the children of each school and used in drug awareness education programs. The registration of the vehicle also contains a Helping Schools personalized tag that further represents our commitment to our school aged children, "OURKDZ". Our Schools love the design and it turns heads everywhere and has been a positive influence in our community policing efforts.
