Department Name:

Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff

Department Head:
Gary Stolzer
Ste. Genevieve, MO
Our car is a 2010 Dodge Charger Pursuit with 5.7 Hemi , equipped with Code 3 lighting system, a Lund P.A.S.S. Push bumper with 2 -100 watt siren speakers integrated into the bumper, a Rumbler siren system mounted under the front bumper. A NOS Nitrous Oxide system was mounted in trunk for a little conversation subject. Our car is assigned to the Patrol Division for everyday patrol duties and is used in conjunction with our D.A.R.E. and other Public Relation Programs and events. The idea behind our design was to attract the attention of people of all ages and gender. Our car was designed to be a little plain and fancy and still maintain the image of a law enforcement vehicle. Our community has a large racecar/stockcar/showcar following, so making it with a sporty/racecar look is a real crowd pleaser at our events. A message to the children is “cops can be cool too” that by making the right decisions in life they could drive a vehicle like this someday. Our car was invited to be on display at the National Sheriff’s Association Conference held in St. Louis Mo., And has been invited to participate in various car shows, fundraisers and events all over Missouri. The Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff’s Office is located in Ste.Genevieve Missouri. It is located approximately 60 miles south of St. Louis Missouri. The department employs approximately 50 full time employees.
