Our City is on Lake St. Clair and is a boating/nautilcle city just noth of Detroit. This particual design was used to keep a nauticle theme but still be visable. This particular vehicle is a K-9 vehicle that also serves as a motor traffic unit. The colors are meant to blend in with the darkness of a traffic unit. Patrol units have similar graphics but are white as to be seen. Residence in our city enjoy thyat thier police Department kept the nauticl theme and incoporated it into the graphics on our police cruisers. The graphics are reflectable so it can be seen well at night and on the freeway for traffic control. The graphics were chosen by the officers after several different designs were given.
