The following application must be completed by June 1, 2012. Departments that have won in the past five years will not be considered eligible. This competition is open to any properly authorized law enforcement agency. Graphics do not need to be new; established designs will also be accepted. You must read the directions carefully and complete all the sections of the online application and submit at least 4 photographs of the vehicle to be eligible.

Photos must be high-resolution jpegs with a file size of at least 500KB. They can be digital photos taken with a high-resolution camera or high-resolution scans of 4x6 prints or larger. At least four color photographs must accompany each entry:
It is not necessary to include people in the photo. Photos cannot be returned and become the property of LAW and ORDER.
Note: If you do not understand the requirements for uploading photos or have received an email saying the photos you uploaded did not meet specifications, please refer to the portion of the FAQ section that pertains to uploading photos for more detailed instructions or have someone assist you in the process.
A CD is preferred, with each image being at least 500 KB in size. We will also accept prints 4x6 inches or larger. Each photo must have the submitting agency clearly identified on a securely attached label (do not write on the photograph). A department mailing label affixed to the back of the photographs works well.
Do not submit instant photos, color slides or laser prints.
Make sure your CD or photos are labeled with your agency name, city, state and contact information, including email address and entry ID, which will be provided upon submission.
