I want to know if there is a good, all season tire for the 06+ CVPI. Tire size is 235-55-17. I dont want Goodyear Eagle RS-A's. Those are whats on there right now and they suck. My former agency used to use those as a spare tire to throw on to get it back to the county garage once they werent road worthy anymore and replaced with Firestones Firestone PV41 (or PVS in the winter).

The tire does not have to be speed rated and can be a slightly different size. The car isnt in police service.

I have a 2006 Mustang GT whose OEM tires are Pirelli PZero Nero and are 235/55-17.

www.tirerack.com has great prices on them, currently $96 but I've seen them as low as $80. Might also check eBay or check for take-offs from Mustang performance shops like www.brenspeed.com...

We recently tested the new Firestone Firehawk Pursuit head to head with the Goodyear RSA. The results were impressively in favor of the Firestone, even those of us with an anti-Firestone bias had to admit the Firestone performed much, much better, especially on wet pavement.
