We recently found some frames cracking/weld breaking by the right rear floorboard mount on our 2006 Harley Davidson FLHP's. If any other department has had this issue please contact me or leave a post.

I have 107 Harleys with 23 in the year you are questioning, my mechanic tells me that he has not seen this year yet but is constantly welding the older ones. He states that the bead does not go all the way around from the manufacturer, it has a gap which gets weak. Hope this helps.
