Anyone out there starting to experience cooling fans and relay failures?  I have three 2007 that just turned 36,000 out of warranty with this problem and i have one 2009 under warranty just developed the same problems.

Affirm...All of my 06' and 07' have had to have the cooling fans replaced.  I looked at the documentation and found one referenced TSB 070905 which addresses the issue.  Crown's built before 8/31/07 are covered under 3/36k warranty.  Ford has since replaced the fans with part 7W1Z-8C-607B.  I have not experienced this issue with my 08' and 09' MY Crowns.  My local FMC rep. knows of no bulletins for the newer Crowns related to this problem.

Fords newest number on this is 8W1Z 8C607 B ( 371.78 sugg retail) which does not include the controller which is available separately under part # 6W1Z 8B658 AB ($178.06 sugg retail).
