We are starting to experience door lock inoperabilities on the 2008 PPV Tahoes using the key FOBs. The problem is the lock actuator develops an open circuit causing the mechanism to stick open or stay in the lock position. This problem causes delays in getting in or out quickly and the security of the interior. Anyone else having the same issues? It took the dealership a week to get the part.

Yes, my 08' had an acctuator failure on the front passenger's side door.  Fortunately it was repaired under warranty by the dealer.  My dealer did order the part, but it only took a day and a half to get it.

We have had the same issue on most of our 08 & 09's.  All of ours have occurred on the left rear door.
