I didn't know where to share out latest creation with since there isn't a misc vehicle section. or a BMW one "yet"
I wanted to share with you our latest creation. The bike features our new BMW Rear Light Pod, front fairing light mounts and license plate mount.
The rear light pod stays in place when the radio box is lifted up so that they are always visible. It was also designed so that the two lights on each side are on different axis's. This is effective for both intersection clearing (on two axis's) as well as being visible off axis no matter what way the bike would parked during a traffic stop.
The front fairing mount was designed on two different axis's for the same reason as the rear pod.
The front lights fire straight forward and are only used during "pursuit" mode. The license plate lights are a non difused lense to they are very bright from a long distance.
We moved the regular headed grip switch to the left side of the bike and replaced it with a 2 position switch for pursuit mode (all lights) and non pursuit (everything but the front facing lights)
On the left side we added a "pod" to house the heated grip switch as well as the siren 2 position switch. Mounted behind the grip are two momentary switches for air horn and intersection mode on the siren controller.
We just put up a TON of picture on the website that go into way more detail on the bike @ http://www.garageplus.org
With the BMW CANbus One wire electrical system it's a very tricky bike to work on and work around.

Thanks
