We supply what we call a Thermal Balance process to (OEM and aftermarket) drums and rotors Our rotors last anywhere from 3 -4 times longer and our pads last from 1 1/2 times to 2 times longer. Please call us we would be glad to explain it in detail and get you our a free set of pads. An added joy to our process is it helps the vehicles stop much quicker. Our website is thermalbalancebrakes.com and our phone number is 727-565-2047.

| I have few issues with the Impala except for short life of the front brakes. I was getting 9-10k out of a set of pads and rotors. The majority of brake failures were warped rotors due to hard high speed braking. I did extensive testing with a number of pad rotor combinations including drilled and slotted rotors, ceramics and other combinations. The best results came from a semi-metalic pad with Command Automotive Cryogenic brake rotors which are warranted not to warp for the usable life of the rotor. Brake maintenance intervals have doubled or tripled with no degradation in performance. The rotors cost twice what a stock rotor runs, but with no warping, I can get them to wear 2 to 3 times longer.

| My customers are finding two to three times the life without warping on our cryo treated rotors on the Impalas. Our Precision Fleet Brakes brand rotors have been tested by Link Labs and Greening to SAE 2707 Jul 2004 Method B. Results show an increase of life of two to four times, reduced cracking, and virtually no warping. Cost is about $85/rotor on the Impala. We have been in this business for over 25 years and supply several well known brake manufacturers. We must be doing something right, we just opened the biggest brake cryo processing facility in the world in Gardena CA. Our web is www.metal-wear.com.

| TBB, can the Thermal Balance process be applied to the Harley Davidson Road King Police?
