We took it to local Harley shop, who told us it is the nature of the beast, flushed the fluid and gave back. It did it again after that. Can anything be done to solve this?

Brake lines

We are starting to see the brake lines being worn thru on the 2003, 2005, and 2006 FLHPI series. The lines are directly behind the headlamp pushed against the frame. The part number listed above is hard to get since the vendor who makes it for Harley is delayed in production of the lines. Anyone else have this issue?

Motorcycle assignments

Just doing a survey to see other agencies practices on motorcycles. I know most motorcycles are assigned to a specific rider but when the motor is down for service-repairs does the officer have options to jump on spare or use someone else's motorcycle with an agreement amongst themselves? Some officers are very particular about their bike.

2006 FLHP Right Side Rear Floorboard Mount (cracking/welds breaking)

We recently found some frames cracking/weld breaking by the right rear floorboard mount on our 2006 Harley Davidson FLHP's. If any other department has had this issue please contact me or leave a post.
