The first incident, the dealer realigned the rear suspension and then replaced the rear tires at no charge. About a year later, the vehicles were recalled for the exact same problem. The dealer replaced the trailing arms as well as the rear tires if they had uneven wear at no charge.Sat, 18 Jun 2011 17:47:33 GMT9L83http://www.hendonpub.com/policefleetforum/Topic139-10-1.aspxWe had the same problem, had some cars aligned while still brand new, wrote GM a letter with copy of invioce also showing how far out it was, they did re-imburse us. Some where also covered under warranty and bulletin repair. We had to keep on it to resolve. One problem I've notice is, rear camber angle is very sensitive to trunk load. Replaced more tires and alignments the second time, except add "Special Bolts" in rear suspension. Now my local dealership is replacing the 4 "Trailing Arms" and alignments on ALL of my 2007's. Second car they did realignment but didn't want to do tires because they had more than 7500 miles on them. Called GM Fleet Rep. who advised that they were aware of problem and that tires would be replaced under warranty.
