Is there a recall or is anyone having problems with the defrost/heater? Ours blow only cold air at idle and the engine needs to be under load for any heat to come out. Really not good with winter approaching

Is anyone else having problem with Oil Cooler Lines On 06 Impala Police package? Oil lines leaking at the point where the hose is crimped to metal line or oil cooler adapter at oil filter leaking.:w00t:

Steering lock up

Just wondering if any other agencies utilizing the 07 Chevy Impala have experienced intermittent steering lock up. Our 07 Impala has had several times where the Deputy driving reported turning a corner and not being able to steer out of it as the steering locked for a second. Has happened on more than one occasion. Anyone heard of recall conditions on this series?

Here is my deal, I am a fleet manager for 17 units, 10 shuttles buses and 15 ambulances. We are in the process of 08 budget and Chevrolet Impala came to mind and the price is nice. Has anyone had major problems ie Transmission, motor or brake problems? I am very happy with the Crown Victoria but we have a hard time getting around in the snow. I had a 2002 and had problems but willing to give it a run again. Thanks in advance for any input.

Tire service monitor light

Greetings:

I have a '08 Impala with 3500 miles. I have been getting a tire service monitor light at random times. When you scroll through the information, it will usually read -- for the rear tire pressure. The local Chevy dealer has not had any luck isolating the problem, short of replacing the sensors, which they are hesitant to do. Just checking if anybody else has had similar problems.

We are currently switching our fleet over to the Chevrolet Impala 9C1. With our 2007 models, I am only getting 9,000 miles on a set of front brake pads. Has anyone had similar issues with the brake pads and is there an aftermarket pad available that offers better wear?

2007 Brake Pads and Rotors

Has any other Law Enforcement Departments been having problems with the Front Brake Pads and Rotors on 2007 Chevy Impalas. Right now we are getting 9,000-10,000 miles out of a set. I am looking for a fix to this problem, Any information will be greatly appreicated.

Rear Suspension on '07 Impala's

We started noticing abnormal rear tire wear on ten out of fifteen '07 Impala's at around 8000 miles. sent back to dealer for warranty and they realigned and replaced tires on first one. Second car they did realignment but didn't want to do tires because they had more than 7500 miles on them. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY COMMENTS ON THE DODGE DURANGOS, FORD EXPLORERS, OR EXPEDITIONS FOR PATROL USE? HOW DO THEY HOLD UP, GAS MILEAGE, COMFORT.....
