• Come and see upfitters install a push-bumper, prisoner partition and siren speaker onto either a Ford CVPI, Chevy Impala or Dodge Charger in pit crew-style, timed competition. The competition is designed around 2-man teams, with the option of one, hands-off coach.
• Open to any company involved in the business of upfitting emergency vehicles. First teams to enter get their choice of vehicle. Finalists from each vehicle will install corner lights on a Ford CVPI.
• All parts and vehicles will be provided. Each team will provide their own hand and power tools. No wiring will be done.
• The quality of the installation will be judged by 3 fleet managers.
• Competition will be held on Thursday, August 21st during the TrackTech event at the Milwaukee Mile at Police Fleet Expo (8am-1pm).
• Trophies awarded to finalists and overall winner. Results and photos published in Police Fleet Manager, and LAW and ORDER.
